tr. projects were instructed by Frederick Holt, to design and build their new ground floor reception area, giving the building a fresh, modern and welcoming area for staff and clients, while maintaining and accentuating its beautiful period features.

Housed in the impressive former landmark Patent Office, this refurbishment was completed while the multi-tenanted building located just off Chancery Lane, London, was still occupied.
