tr. projects were appointed to manage the refurbishment, fit-out, and relocation of their offices into the grade II listed building in August 2018.
The project comprised of alteration works to the lower ground, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors in Manchester Square. We worked closely with The City of Westminster and our heritage consultant to ensure listed building consent was granted.
Works included new partitioning, bespoke joinery, flooring, data installation, damp proofing, access control, and alterations to the existing mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm systems.
The brief was to provide a high-quality finish in keeping with the character of the building while providing a modern, functional, and inviting place to work.
