Over the last 12 months Lycetts has and continues to work on a number of projects with TR Projects. During that time my experience of their operations is of an extremely professional, efficient and engaged company. When working with them you can be assured that the smallest of details will be taken care off, there is always a swift and prompt response to any query, documentation and proposals are produced to a high standard with clarity and detail to the extent that when a proposal is amended, those amendments are highlighted to ensure absolute and complete transparency at every step.

When we refurbished our office in Newmarket the most noteworthy aspect of the experience for us was that once the project started it required minimum input from us, it was clear that all concerned knew what was required of them which they then delivered both on time and to budget – it could not have been a more painless experience. In addition to their core skills and competencies, we have benefited significantly from their expertise when negotiating with various third parties and as a consequence have benefited from either real time savings or reduced liabilities. I cannot commend working with TR Projects more and above all else they are a hugely friendly, personable and people focused business, which accounts for an awful lot.
